Hot burn-in technology is a process that utilizes the high-power laser to ablate the photosensitive coating, causing the light-exposed portion to "burn" and evaporate, exposing the hydrophilic aluminum base. This technology eliminates the need for post-exposure processing and produces prints with distinct hydrophilic and oil-attracting properties.


Product Description: Phase-changing Technology
Phase-changing technology uses convertible phase-changing polymers in the photosensitive coating, which contain functional groups that can change from oleophilic to hydrophilic under light or heat. Through exposure, the polymer can change its own oleophilic or hydrophilic properties, so it can achieve the purpose of transforming the oil-water properties of the coating without relying on the hydrophilicity of the aluminum plate base.
In-machine processing technology
In-machine processing technology is a system that uses a formulated coating to remove non-image areas of a photosensitive coating on a printing press using a damping solution, ink, or both. This technology eliminates the need for any additional developing processes, achieving the goal of effortless processing.
